You hereby grant consent to the company Blackmud, j.s.a., IČO: 52 906 230 with registered office Južná tride 44, 040 01 Košice, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Košice I, section Sja, insert 24/V (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), to Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), processed the following personal data:

name and surname
email address
telephone number
billing address
delivery address
order history

The above personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

establishment and administration of a user account
offering a more convenient shopping experience

You grant consent to processing for a period of 5 years for the purpose of:

establishment and administration of a user account, if you do not extend this period. The extension occurs by active use of the user account, i.e. every time you log in to the user account
offering a more convenient shopping experience

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Personal Data Administrator, but personal data may also be processed by the following processors:

Provider of the Eshop-rychlo service, operated by Golemos s.r.o., registered office Zátkovo nábřeží 448/73, 370 01, České Budějovice, Czech Republic
Alternatively, other providers of processing software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use.

Personal data will not be provided outside the EU.

Consent to processing can be withdrawn at any time by sending a letter or email with a request for deletion.

Please note that according to the Regulation you have the right to:

withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, this withdrawal will result in the removal of the user registration from the database, including the associated personal data
request information from the Administrator on what kind of personal data it processes
request from the Administrator access to your processed personal data and request a copy thereof
for automatically processed personal data on their portability
have your processed personal data updated, corrected or request restriction of their processing
request the deletion of your personal data from the company, unless it is personal data that the Administrator is obliged or entitled to further process according to the relevant legal regulations
for effective legal protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation
